Chocolate Brownies
History says that brownies are originally from Chicago. According to the legend responsible for this, was a secular lady of good society, who in 1893 had asked her hotel’s chef, to create a small chocolate cake in order to enjoy it with her friends. The result was the first brownie in history, this little piece of soft cake, which lived through many variations and eventually conquered the entire world!
At Kayak the brownies ice cream flavour is basically this soft cake that is turned into a delicious, iced chocolate cream.
