Valhrona Manjari bitter chocolate is a rare chocolate with 64% of Madagascar cocoa. It is spicy and it has a red fruit flavor. Manjari is also an epitome of refined enjoyment as it combines the world's two finest cocoa varieties. This is the Criollo variety from Central America which makes up only 1% of world cocoa production, and the Trinitario variety which accounts for 5% of world production.
