Chocolate parfait
The history of ice cream parfait begins hundreds of years ago.
Around the 16th century, the frozen dessert based on sour cream and eggs was named parfait (in French means “perfect”) and established itself as one of the top flavours in consumer tastes around the world. The “perfection” in the parfait is based on the perfect balance of the materials, in order to achieve a smooth and creamy texture that does not melt easily.
